1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Anass Art & Design, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Anass Art & Design provides web development and graphic design services including but not limited to:

• Web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, WordPress, custom applications)
• Graphic design services (logo design, branding, UI/UX design, print design)
• Consultation and project management
• Ongoing support and maintenance services

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the terms specified in your chosen subscription plan:

• Basic Plan: $40 per project
• Standard Plan: $60 per project
• Premium Plan: $100 per project
• Enterprise Plan: $140 per project

Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Project Scope and Revisions

Each service plan includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the plan details. Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur additional charges.

Project scope changes must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. However, Anass Art & Design retains the right to:

• Use completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or methodologies
• Maintain any knowledge or skills gained during the project

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for the project
• Responding to requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Making payments according to agreed terms
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials they provide

7. Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend the delivery timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anass Art & Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client will pay for work completed up to the termination date
• All work products and materials will be delivered in their current state
• Any ongoing support services will cease

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information or project details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

All client information and project details are kept confidential and secure.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
