Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel before we start working on your project:
- Full refund available
- No cancellation fees
- Must notify within 24 hours of payment
Work in Progress
If work has already commenced:
- Partial refund based on work completed
- Delivery of work completed to date
- Fair assessment of progress made
Detailed Terms
1. Cancellation Window
24-Hour Window: Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before work begins.
After 24 Hours: Cancellation terms depend on project progress and work completed.
2. Refund Calculations
Basic Plan ($40):
- Before work begins: 100% refund
- 50% complete: 50% refund
- 75%+ complete: No refund
Standard Plan ($60):
- Before work begins: 100% refund
- 25% complete: 75% refund
- 50% complete: 50% refund
- 75%+ complete: No refund
Premium Plan ($100):
- Before work begins: 100% refund
- 25% complete: 75% refund
- 50% complete: 50% refund
- 75% complete: 25% refund
- 90%+ complete: No refund
Enterprise Plan ($140):
- Before work begins: 100% refund
- Monthly support cancellation: Pro-rated refund
- Project work follows premium plan structure
3. How to Cancel

4. Processing Time
Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after cancellation approval
Work Delivery: Completed work delivered within 48 hours of cancellation
Confirmation: Written confirmation sent within 24 hours of cancellation request
Special Circumstances
Client-Caused Delays
If project delays are caused by client unresponsiveness (no communication for 30+ days), cancellation terms may be adjusted to reflect actual work completed rather than time elapsed.
Emergency Situations
In case of medical emergencies, family crises, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may offer additional flexibility in our cancellation terms. Each case is reviewed individually.
Force Majeure
If we cannot complete your project due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), you will receive a full refund for any work not completed.
